July 16 - 6:00-7:00
Ludington Library
Once someone has started a conversation, it is important to keep it going! This portion of the series will focus on the importance of turn-taking and strategies for conversation/topic maintenance. What is a topic? Why do we need to “maintain” it? What do we do if a conversation is boring? How do we maintain a conversation that we are not interested in? What is an expected way to end a conversation, even if it is interesting? These questions will be explored during this second half of the conversation workshops.
