July 23 - 4:00-5:00
Ludington Library
Uh oh! Mom forgot to give you lunch money and you’re hungry! You left your science project at home and it was due today! You want to invite new friends over to your house but aren’t sure how to do it! These are just a few examples of some of the problems children might face on a day to day basis. Using hypothetical real-life scenarios, children will work together to problem-solve using a series of steps and strategies they can easily integrate into their own real-life scenarios. During this last workshop, we will focus on: 1) identifying who is involved in a problem, 2) what the “level” of the problem is, and 3) discuss possible solutions and their potential consequences (if any).
