7/9 - Conversations Part One (11-14 year olds)

$65.00

Entering a conversation can be tough! Whether it’s with a new group or an old friend, the art of starting or entering a conversation is a tricky and subtle skill. In this first workshop dedicated to conversations, students will learn about expected and unexpected ways to enter a conversation with “familiar” and “unfamiliar” peers. We will also incorporate the concepts of body language and personal space during conversation, as these can be clues to how a conversation is “going” (e.g. is it a successful or unsuccessful interaction).
